TecruitHR Solutions does not charge candidates any registration fee, application fee, interview fee, placement fee, processing fee, security deposit, training fee, or any other recruitment-related fee.

You should never make a payment to anyone claiming to represent TecruitHR Solutions in exchange for a job opportunity.

If anyone asks you to make a payment in connection with a job opportunity from TecruitHR Solutions, please treat it as potentially fraudulent and contact us immediately.

No Payment for Job Offers

A genuine job opportunity from TecruitHR Solutions will never require you to pay money to:

• Register for a job
• Submit your resume
• Attend an interview
• Get shortlisted
• Receive an offer letter
• Complete background verification
• Secure a job
• Process your joining
• Obtain an appointment letter
• Receive training
• Get your salary processed
• Secure a placement

If someone asks you for money for any of the above, do not make the payment.

Beware of Fake Job Offers

Fraudsters may contact candidates through:

• WhatsApp
• Phone calls
• SMS
• Email
• Social media
• LinkedIn
• Fake websites
• Fake recruitment advertisements
• Fake offer letters
• Fake interview invitations

They may use the TecruitHR Solutions name, logo, employee names, or branding without authorization.

Please be cautious if someone:

• Promises a job without a proper interview
• Guarantees employment in exchange for payment
• Requests money urgently
• Asks for a security deposit
• Requests payment for an offer letter
• Sends suspicious links or attachments
• Uses a personal email address while claiming to represent the company
• Requests bank/UPI payments for recruitment services

Never Share Your Banking Information

Do not share sensitive financial information with anyone claiming to represent TecruitHR Solutions unless it is legitimately required for an employment process with the employer and you have independently verified the request.

Never share:

• ATM PIN
• UPI PIN
• Internet banking password
• Credit/debit card PIN
• OTP
• CVV
• Banking passwords
• Other confidential financial credentials

TecruitHR Solutions will never ask candidates for their OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, or banking password.

Verify the Recruiter

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from TecruitHR Solutions, please verify it with us before taking any action.

What Should You Do If Someone Requests Money?

If someone claims to represent TecruitHR Solutions and asks you for money:

Do not pay.

Instead:

• 1. Stop communication with the person if you suspect fraud.
• 2. Do not share additional personal or financial information.
• 3. Save the messages, emails, phone numbers, payment details, or documents provided by the person.
• 4. Contact TecruitHR Solutions using our official contact details.
• 5. If you have already made a payment, contact your bank/payment provider immediately.
• 6. Consider reporting the incident to the appropriate law-enforcement or cybercrime authorities.

Report Recruitment Fraud

If you believe someone is falsely using the TecruitHR Solutions name, logo, employee identity, or recruitment information, please inform us immediately.

Please provide, where available:

• Name of the person contacting you
• Phone number
• Email address
• WhatsApp number
• Screenshots of messages
• Copy of the offer letter or job advertisement
• Payment request details
• Bank/UPI details provided by the suspected fraudster
• Any website or social media profile used
• Other relevant information
